I love the product and customer service, the only problem I have is the long shipping time. I think it took 1 and a half month for the order to be shipped which is a bit of a bummer, but when it finally was shipped the shipping was pretty fast at least.

It was a bit underwhelming when it came in a plastic bag instead of box but other than that the chain is great! Sometimes the links get scrunched or twisted funny but my overall impression is great when it comes to wearing something minimalistic.
