We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 business days. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays. Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from when your RG&B order is delivered.

To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in condition you received them with their original packaging. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

We’re unable to provide free return labels at this time and returned items will remain your responsibility until they arrive back at our facility. Please make sure to obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to ensure your return is tracked and can be located if necessary.

For US, CA, UK, EU, and AU customers, you don’t have to pay anything when you drop your parcel off, however all return parcels are subject to a $4.50 admin fee which will be deducted from your refund.

This can depend on how long it takes your chosen returns courier to get items back to us before being processed by our returns team.

Any defect detected upon inspecting your order please contact us we will repair or replace your product free of charge. However, this does not cover any inappropriate use or abuse of the item under warranty. The warranty does not cover water damage, normal wear and tear, scratches, strap damage, or theft. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims and service requests, so please keep your receipt. If you've purchased from our site the order number will suffice; otherwise you will need to send us a copy of the receipt from an authorized RG&B dealer.
