Shipping policy

At RoseGold & Black we aim to make your shopping experience seamless. Below are the details of our shipping process, including methods, notices, and delivery policy.

Processing time

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to several days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process/dispatch.

Notice

Due to an exceptionally high number of orders during this period, it is taking us a little longer than usual.

As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an email from us with your tracking details.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Delivery policy

If your package is lost or missing, you must contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a store credit or reship. RG&B does not guarantee responsibility for packages that have been reported as “Delivered” by the carrier and will review on a case by case basis.
